3. Client Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Participate actively in coaching or mentorship sessions to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Understand that results depend on your commitment and engagement with the process.

4. Payment Terms

All fees for coaching and mentorship services are communicated in advance and are subject to the following conditions:

• Payment is required upfront before the commencement of any coaching package or individual session unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept payment through secure third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, EFT).
• Invoices are payable upon receipt. Late payments may result in the suspension of services.
• For ongoing services, you may set up recurring billing as agreed upon during the consultation.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected changes can happen. However, to maintain the integrity of our scheduling and services, the following policies apply:

• Cancellations or Rescheduling: Must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice, no refund will be provided.
• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or partially used packages. However, if you are unsatisfied with a service, please reach out to us to discuss your concerns.

6. Confidentiality

We value your privacy and confidentiality. All information shared during coaching and mentorship sessions will be kept strictly confidential unless:

• You give explicit permission to share it.
• Disclosure is required by law (e.g., to prevent harm or comply with legal obligations).
