Juliette’s Journey and Expertise
I am a lifelong learner with a deep commitment to self-growth and helping others realize their potential. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong ability to create trust and rapport quickly, enabling me to support individuals and organizations as they navigate significant changes and transitions.
My passion for coaching was sparked by my own radical transition process, which began sixteen years ago. At the age of forty, I embarked on a profound journey of transformation: getting married for the first time, returning to study, changing careers, and starting my own business after years of teaching high school English.
Guided by a coaching process that followed a career reinvention workshop in 2006, I articulated a vision for the next stage of my life. With clear goals, strategies, and action plans, I transitioned from being someone afraid of change to a confident, qualified, and experienced facilitator and coach.
Today, I have accumulated over 3,500 coaching hours, working with corporates, NGOs, and private individuals.
A defining moment on this journey came in 2006, when I witnessed a powerful coaching intervention by Sonia March Nevis, co-founder of the Gestalt International Study Center and a student of Fritz Perls, a founder of Gestalt Psychology. Sonia’s wisdom and presence at the age of eighty inspired me to pursue this path and become my own version of that extraordinary woman when I reach that age. Now, sixteen years later, I am well on my way, supporting others in achieving their dreams.
Beyond coaching, I am also a trained LifeLine counsellor, a poet, and a storyteller. These facets of my life enrich the depth and creativity I bring to my work, enabling me to connect with people on a profound level.
Through my own journey of transition, I’ve learned that change is not something to fear but a powerful catalyst for growth. It is my privilege to guide others as they navigate their own transitions, helping them unlock their potential and create meaningful, fulfilling lives.
